Chain quest:

First of all you need to find Lost Mail That can be find next to Mailbox in Dalaran ( of any of them ) I was flying from mailbox to mailbox and i found it - this way you startking quest chain for Postmaster :) ( see on My video how is look that letter.

Quest Name: Start Finish
1 Lost Mail Pick Up Lost Mail Madam Goya She is under Dalaran

2 Return to Sender Go to The Postmaster use Mail Tube in Dalaran from the
back on the right from The Violet Citadel. Pick up 9 letters flying in same room The Postmaster
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3 A Huge Package The Postmaster Pick Up Sack Of Solid Stone ( thay are in same room )
and deliver them to portal in dalaran is close to Xur'ios The Postmaster

4 Priority Delivery The Postmaster Use portal kill 3 mobs and travel to Feralas. Johnny Awesome
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5 Service with a Smile Johnny Awesome after pick up quest go to Gott Weedlespan speak with him and go back Johnny Awesome
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6 Due Reward Johnny Awesome Fly to Hillsbrad Foothills and go to The Sludge Fields.
After you will press on Wilson quest will finish. Quest finish after press on Wilson

7 The Mail Must Flow Go back to The Postmaster. You need to play in minigame
send 15 letters to correct continents in 1 min -
you will get zone name with city The Postmaster after finish Quest
you will get The Total Package

8 ----- This is not a Quest But now you can do other achi and get:
Post Haste, Katy's Stampwhistle and Mailemental
Every thing i same like in quest The Mail Must Flow but this time you need to do
send correct 30 letters xDIs very hard but after 20-30 games you wil get there :)

9 ----- This is not a Quest But now you can do other achi and get:
Priority Mail, Title Postmaster %s
