Panna Cotta With Blueberry Sauce/ Coulis | Tour NMACC

Good morning dear viewers,
let's make a summer special dessert, vanilla panna cotta with blueberry sauce today. This easy Italian recipe can be made within 30 minutes, is eggless, requires no baking and tastes absolutely divine!

For the sauce, you can use any other berry of your choice (strawberry/ raspberry/ blackberry) instead of blueberries. Use full-fat coconut milk for a dairy-free version. Made using full fat cream, this dessert is rich. So, remember to serve it in small portions. I've served the panna cotta in small glass cups. You can also pour the panna cotta into ramekins, chill and unmold it onto plates and pour the sauce on top, before serving. It’s the perfect make-ahead dessert for parties or special occasions. Serve it chilled and indulge yourself with a silky, creamy, sweet deliciousness!

which aims to preserve and promote India’s rich art, culture and heritage, was recently inaugurated on 31st March 2023. This convention center was also the venue for three G20 meetings at the time this video was recorded, 17th May 2023.

▼ Ingredients for vanilla panna cotta:

1. Full fat cream : 300 ml (1 1/4 cup)
2. White sugar : 70 grams
3. Gelatin : 2 tsp./ 10 grams/ 3 gelatin leaves
4. Vanilla extract : 1 tbsp.
5. Water to soak gelatin : 1 cup @ room temperature


▼ Ingredients for blueberry sauce/ coulis:

1. Blueberries : 200 grams (set some aside)
2. White sugar : 50 grams
4. Water : 2 tbsp.

Fresh mint leaves and berries to garnish
