Ingredients you will need

200g dark chocolate
270g light brown sugar
200g unsalted butter
100g plain all-purpose flour
4 eggs
50g cocoa powder
250g mini eggs
150 g of chocolate chips
For decorating: 25g chocolate and 50g mini eggs.

🔥 Bake for 20-25 minutes at 160 degrees centigrade

Tips & Tricks
✨ Stick to the ingredients list. If you substitute ingredients it will change the taste and texture of your brownie
✨You can substitute the mini-eggs with other types of chocolate if you wish
✨ When mixing, gently fold the mixtures together as shown in the video. Do not whisk or mix vigourously.
✨ When folding the flour into the mixture, fold until you cannot see any speaks of flour and then stop. Don’t over mix
✨ Allow the brownie to set for a minimum of 2 hours before cutting.
