Едим в Кяхту. По пути знакомимся с памятником в городе Гусиноозёрск. Далее с памятником известному бурятскому войну. В городе Кяхта восхищаемся 3 великолепными храмами. We drive to Kyakhta. On the way we get acquainted with the monument in the town of Gusinoozyorsk, then with the monument to the famous Buryat warrior. In the town of Kyakhta we admire 3 magnificent temples. Kyakhta is a town with a rich history, where merchant caravans met with the east winds, and tea leaves smelled exotic. And in this history an integral role is played by three majestic cathedrals, which keep not only spiritual power, but also the imprint of epochs in their walls.

The Cathedral of the Life-Giving Trinity: the majestic church, erected in 1801, seems to embody the spirit of merchants and wealth of Kyakhta. Its bright colors, lavish decorations and impressive size speak of the luxury and power that reigned in those times. The Cathedral of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God: a modest but no less significant temple built in 1821.
