UACO: "Ultimate Attack Command Only"

UACO Rules:
1) Attack Command Only
2) No Limit Breaks (Angelo Rush is allowed)
3) No Ability Junction (ability menu completely empty)
4) No Chocobo World
5) No Card Game/No Card Mod
6) No Shopping
7) Initial Equipment
8) No Hotels/Squall's bedroom/Esthar hilling spot
9) All Bosses defeated (except Omega Weapon)
10) Level 7 Squall
11) No Learning Ability (using items to make your Guardian Force learn abilities)
12) No Stat Power Ups

SAMBS Rules:
13) Solo Attacker: Only 1 character is alive from the beginning to the end of every battle (Boss and random battles). If 2 or 3 characters are mandatorily alive at the beginning of a battle, the main attacker has to kill them quickly.
14) Maximum Battle Speed: In the configs the battle speed has to be set on "Fast" for every Boss battle, but not for random battles. It's better to do it for every battle though.
15 Bonus) Higher Enemy Level: Fight with the 3 most leveled characters in the party to increase the enemies' level.

Part 10: BGH251F2 Round 1

Alright, now things are becoming serious. BGH251F2 is the Boss that made me regret not having farmed 5 Dino Bones with Quistis in Balamb Garden.

With my actual associaions, this Boss battle is luck reliant. My party is lv13 Irvine, lv13 Quistis and lv8 Selphie with Irvine as my main attacker. The average level of my party is 11.33. So the level of BGH251F2 is 9 or 13. If it is lv13, a lot of luck is needed because its gun attack deals around 350 HPs damage, and its Beam Cannon around 900 HPs. Irvine has to get as much as strength as possible to deal enough damage and to cure himself efficiently. But Irvine cannot hit much harder than 500 HPs and cannot absorb more than 60% of his attacks.
So without 100 Quakes refined from 5 Dino Bones and associated to HP stat, the only way to passe this Boss without luck is when it is at lv9. Its attacks deal much less damage (around 260 HPs for the gun and 800 HPs for Beam Cannon), and its health is shorter.

Another luck based strategy against lv13 BGH251F2 is having Rinoa instead of Irvine, she cures herself while Angelo Rush damages it. But this is the strategy I would apply if I had no other options.
