Setting Up Mini Rice Mill Machine (Making Adjustment on rice mill machine)

This is video on how to start and adjust rice mill machine to process paddy into rice.

Mini rice mill machine comes with 3hp motor and is able to seperate paddy straw, rice and rice chunks.

It is easy to use and can process from 100kg rice per hour to 200kg depending on machine capacity.

This machine can be used in single phase connection and you don't have to take any other electrical connection. It works best at 200-220V electricity.

How to Adjust Machine

Close the stopper so that your machine isn't filled with paddy/dhaan.

Start the machine

Slowly open a little bit of stopper so grains fall in machine.

Adjust the knob slowly, tighten it so that only rice comes from the output side.

When the knob is adjusted, open the stopper more than half.
