This act came after local authorities denied his request to visit the Jayaprakash Narayan International Centre (JPNIC) on the leader's birth anniversary. The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) had raised security concerns, citing ongoing construction work at the site and deeming the visit unsafe due to Yadav's Z-plus category security status.
