What a Wild Housing Market We Have Right Now

The share of price reductions rose to AT LEAST a 5-year high during the same time period last week. Meanwhile inventory is still growing: up by over 30% from a year ago. In addition, the median asking price homes for sale in the United States fell last week (that marks the 4th time that has happened in the last 5 weeks).

To give you a quick mortgage interest rates update, according to the Mortgage News Daily the average 30yr fixed mortgage rate is around 7.3% for the current mortgage rates (at the time of filming this video for those with excellent credit).
