I originally filmed this video about 6 weeks ago. Since then I've been experimenting more with OMADs and 2MADS and I'm finding that fasting, if done a certain way, can be a good tool for me!

I've also learned a thing or two since filming this video. For example, it's not that fasting is EASIER during the follicular phase, it's just that a cycling woman's hormones don't need as much support during that time so it's less likely to create hormonal issues.

Anyway, here is an honest review of my first truly successful attempt at fasting. Cheers to many more in the future...I hope!
