Enjoy our tartlet shell recipe video. For 25 2.6 inch diameter shells you will need:
200g butter room temperature
110g sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon cream or as much as needed to get the right moisture
500g flour sifted (we used spelt flour)
1/4 tsp salt
Dough can stay in the fridge for 2 days or for a month in the freezer. Once baked shells can stay in the fridge in airtight container for a week or so.
