Tookajobs takes a look at an incredible FM22 tactic that plays a 3 at the back system with 3 strikers.

Knap has created this tactic called spirit in the sky and teams like Man U and RC Lens smashed the leagues using it. All teams did well and all finished in a great position at the end of the season.

One striker scored 71 goals in all comps and it even had underdogs coming second in some of the leagues.
