This no bake cookie recipe is simple to make using only five ingredients. Depending on the size of your cookies, this recipe should make about 5 dozen cookies


Cocoa Puff Cookies
¾ cup Karo syrup
¾ cup honey
1 ¼ cup granulated sugar
1 (18 oz.) jar peanut butter (2 cups + 2 tablespoons)
8 cups Cocoa Puff cereal (1 (10.4 oz.) box Cocoa Puffs)
In a large pot, bring to a boil the sugar, syrup, and honey. Boil until the sugar is almost dissolved. Be careful not to overcook. Remove from the heat and stir in peanut butter until completely melted. Add Cocoa Puff cereal and mix well. Drop onto wax paper using a spoon or cookie scoop that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Let cool and store in an airtight container. Place wax paper between each layer of cookies when storing to prevent the cookies from sticking together.
