Boonie Hat neck zip cord lock creative tip

Hello my friends. Here is a quick tip for all of you who wear boonie hats or similar with a tie for your neck. Recently I ran into seriously strong winds while hiking in the mountains, shooting at the range and of course my boonie hat was flying away as I chased it. Yes I was laughing but of course I needed a solution. Here I thought of a neat creative idea that will help keep your boonie hats on to your head. Get yourself a cord lock or even key split ring, a plastic tie small size length and a cutter to cut the zip tie. As you can see it is easy to do and really works well. Just watch the video and I hope this helps out any of you who have had this problem of your hat flying off with the wind in any situation.
