▶️Ingredients:
Ingredients for the dough:
Cold water: 100ml
1 egg
Vegetable oil: 20 ml
Salt: 1/4 TSP
Lemon juice: 1/2 TSP
Flour: 250 grams
Butter (Poratus or similiar): 100 grams
Ingredients for the filling:
Creme Patissiere or Marmalade
Ingredients for the topper :
Some Chocolate Chips
Pistachio powder

▶️Equipment:
Suitable bowls
Silicone Spatula
Parchment Paper
Rolling pin
Stainless Steel Whisk tool
Sieve tool


▶️ Instruction:
First, mix all the dough ingredients one by one
Whisk for a while
Add flour and then pour the liquid ingredients
Mix then Knead Up To 10 minutes
Leave it for 30 minutes
Spread out the dough
Put the butter
Spread the dough, Collect the dough, leave it aside, and repeat these steps five times
Cut into square pieces
Make another and shape them like I did
let it rest in the fridge for 20 minutes
glaze them with an egg
Pump with cream or marmalade of your choice (I used patisserie cream and apricot marmalade)
Sprinkle some chocolate chips
Bake for 30 minutes at 190 °C or 375°F
