Buying ALL the Gourmet Mushrooms at a Japanese Supermarket

Join me as I head to Central Square Life in Namba, one of Osaka's best supermarkets for affordable gourmet groceries. Because today I'm exploring the incredible variety of Japanese mushrooms you can find at local supermarkets, all at really cheap prices compared to many other countries.

There are classics like Shiitake and Oyster, and more unique finds like Yamachatake and the Cauliflower Fungus. Japan really can be a mushroom lover's dream.

Here's my mushroom haul with Japanese and English names:
