Practical spirituality for modern life part 2

Practical spirituality is really what I am about overall and the house healing and alternative life coaching forms a part of that. It doesn’t mean to say that life is easy, it would not be life as a human being if it were, but having a spiritual outlook on life which is nurtured through meditation and mindfulness as well as some unusual experiences, helps.

In part 2 of this interview with NDE researcher Mark Snashall we talk about what my spirit guide has said about the existence we face once we pass over at the end of our time her eon earth, about destiny and about human emotion. We touch upon the importance of enjoyment as well as feeling that we need to do certain things in order to be fulfilled in our lives.
