I've always made videos of other cities apart from my home so this is a little different from the usual. Since we all can't travel now, I thought it'd be a wonderful opportunity to let you see my country from a different perspective!

A bustling tourist destination, this is how Singapore looks like amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. Singapore is in quarantine (or what we call Circuit Breaker) and closed its borders since 23rd March 2020. The touristy spots have been left deserted and most of the Singapore streets are empty.

I shot this Singapore cinematic travel film over a weekend in June 2020 as part of the 72-hour film challenge by Peter Mckinnon. I thought it'd be interesting to show you what a city in lockdown looks like.

I'm looking forward to creating more local content since I can't travel the world right now, so stay tuned! Special thanks to my best friend Mervin in coming along to see these beautiful sites with me!

EQUIPMENT
This film was made using an iPhone 11 with Filmic Pro and the DJI Osmo Mobile 3. No external lenses were used.
