ANGLO-INDIAN SPICY BEEF CUTLETS
Ingredients
500 grams fine beef mince
1 teaspoon chillie powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoon chopped coriander
1 tablespoon chopped mint
1 small green chillie chopped
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Oil for frying the cutlets
5 or 6 medium size or 3 large potatoes                 

Boil the potatoes, remove the skin and mash well.  Keep aside. 
Heat oil in a pan and add the onions and green chilies. Fry till the onions turn light brown.
Add the mince, pepper powder, chillie powder, turmeric and salt and mix well.
Add the ginger garlic paste, chopped mint and chopped coriander and stir fry
cook on medium heat till the mince cooked and dry. 
Remove from heat and cool for some time.
Mix it well with the potatoes. 
Form into oval or round shaped cutlets
Leave in the fridge for an hour to firm up.
Remove from the fridge when ready.
Dip each cutlet in the beaten egg then roll in the breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a flat pan and shallow fry the cutlets on low heat till golden brown on both sides.
