Recipe: 360 ml.

6tbsp Japanese soy sauce
3-4tbsp rice vinegar (as desired)
4tbsp mirin
6-7tbsp coconut sugar
100ml. Water
15g minced ginger
2clove minced garlic

50ml. Water
3-4tsp corn starch

Instruction:
1. Mix all ingredient in the sauce pan except corn starch mixture.
2. Bring the sauce to the boil. Pour corn starch mixture while mixing.
3. Mix until thick as you like.
Pour in the bottle or tight container.
