Artoria Lily and Gawain can loop if you lore battery skills and copy the same strategies as above
Suzuka Gozen, FK Gawain can loop if you max 2nd skill via append system with coins and apply the charge buffs appropriately per wave
Avicebron works if you Kscope him and NP first wave, use his battery skill and Mages or Plugsuit a charger 2nd wave, double vitch third wave

Skill order matters when it comes to cooldown, please keep that in mind!

Notes:
1. You can substitute an MLB Kaleidoscope with a normal Kscope/Marshal Wizard and use the new passive NP charge via Coin system to start a node with 100% NP charge.

2. Alternatively - Any 50% Starting Charge CE with Reines/Waver/Castoria/Skadi if and only if servant has a 6 turn or cooldown + 50% charge skill (any servant with 50% NP Charge Skill). Self-Charge on Wave 1, use double Vitch on Wave 2, Plugsuit in Charger as well as Self-Charge again on Wave 3

Fairy Knight Lancelot (Melusine/Albion) should be able to match how I did Romulus, unfortunately I didn't have enough mats since LB6 mats were locked at this time.
