Does A Shorter Shaft Length Lose You Clubhead Speed? Golf Driver Shaft Testing

Can a shorter driver shaft length lose you clubbed and distance off the tee? This video I test a 45.5" shaft length against a 1 inch shorter shaft at 44.5" and measure the clubbed speed with both. Is there a different between the two?
