Teddy Ruxpin Answer Box Story - Shapes Are Everywhere

I understand there are some copyright issues with certain Teddy Ruxpin tapes. If anyone would like me to take this video down, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me in the comments.

This is a third gen Teddy which is why the sound quality is so bad, and the answer box cord is also wearing out which is why you sometimes hear that weird buzzing sound. There’s a pretty bad glitch at 15:55 lol. His mouth occasionally squeaks too, which I think is due to the replacement servo spring I gave him.

I would normally never post a video like this, but I couldn’t find this tape anywhere else online so I thought I should upload it here for preservation purposes. I won’t go into full detail like I usually do in my descriptions. I got this Teddy about a year ago at an auction for around $30. He came in his original box with some tapes, books, and accessories including the answer box (which also came with the original box). His head frame was shattered (which is common for third gens) and both servos were locked up. I actually didn’t do any adjustments to the cassette player, yet he is surprisingly high pitched, which I love. There’s kind of a cool backstory to this that I will leave out for now, but if anyone’s interested just ask in the comments lol. Maybe someday if I learn how to rip cassettes, I will remake this video, but until then that’s it. Thanks so much for checking out the video as always! I hope you enjoyed!
