MY RECOMMENDATION MANY ARE ASKING FOR:

This is what I recommend everyone:
1) If you and your family members are young and strong, buy packing material of best quality and start packing your household items. Else pay your house maid, cook, local Gardner etc. some money to start packing it but by bit. Goods remain safe. No thefts. You remember what's where. No stress no panic.
2) Look for Trucks of right size and as per weather/season condition using various Apps these days made for hiring Trucks.
3. Negotiate directly with these drivers, and do their KYC check yourself.
4. Sign off a well defined contract on a valid judicial paper. Get it notarised. Make video proofs too.
5. Drivers and you together hire local labours to upload the stuff.
6. REMEMBER TO KEEP GPS TRACKER IN YOUR STUFF.
7. If you can't travel with the driver to the destination sitting in his truck or follwing him in your own car then stay in touch with him through Google map location sharing option. Pay 30 to 40 percent money but never by cash.
8. Hire labour same way and unload and unpack after checking / counting etc.
9. This way Mathadi won't trouble you because usually labour or drivers only calm these unsocial elements.
10. Pay the driver remaining amount and give him delivery acceptance in written.
11. Oh and there are many apps to buy insurance online these days in minutes. I'm sure you know that already. Like I said NoBroker takes insurance money but never books it and hence never gives insurance document. Hence you can never claim this fraud insurance.
