TODAY'S RECIPE IS Creamy Payesh Recipe | This is the creamiest rice pudding I've ever seen | East Rice Dessert Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
Pulao rice 1/3 cup
Soak for 30 mins
Wash well
Make half broken rice
Milk 1 liter
Let it boil
Collect malai from the side
Soaked broken rice
Almond paste 2 tbsp
Cook for 10 mins (until softened the rice)
Sugar 1/2 cup
Condensed milk 1/4 cup
Dano cream 1/4 cup
2 cardamom
2 cinnamon
Mix well
Let it cool for 10 mins
Adjust the thickness
Let it cool down
Pour mixture to a serving dish
Chopped nut & raisin on top
Chilled for 2-4 hours before serving

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
