SKINNY Oatmeal Banana Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting🍌🎂 WW Friendly Cake Recipe (Weight Watchers) with Calories and Macros. I had some ripe bananas to use up so I made up this oatmeal banana cake with cream cheese frosting and it was delicious! Cake Ingredients:
2 Lg Eggs
4 small Bananas (or 3 medium)
1 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt( or fat free sour cream)
1⁄3 cup Maple syrup (or brown sugar)
1 1⁄4 cup All-purpose flour
3⁄4 cup Quick cooking rolled oats
2 tsp Coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp Baking soda
1⁄2 tsp Baking powder
3⁄4 tsp salt
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
Frosting:
4 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1⁄2 cup Confectioners' sugar
1⁄8 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt(you can use 1-2 Tbsp milk instead)
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Mix flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together well in a medium bowl, set aside. In a mixer or by hand, mix together eggs, bananas, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla until well incorporated. Mix dry ingredients into wet, by hand, don't overmix. Pour batter into prepared 9X13 inch baking dish and bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cake cool completely before frosting.
To make the frosting, mix all frosting ingredients together until creamy. Frost cake once it is cooled.
