The Patheon is a descendent of the original Marshall BluesBreaker pedal that has gone on to be updated and modified for years and years… most notable by the AnalogMan King Of Tone and JHS Morning Glory, amongst many many others!

Have looked at the original, and all those that came after it, Brian decided it was time for him to produce his take on the ultimate variation of this circuit. The Wampler Pantheon.Controls are mostly self-explanatory… everything is on the front, there is nothing hidden inside. The presence needs close attention as it may be the case you have it turned all the way off for most tones… you’ll find you need it with darker sounding guitars going through darker amps
There are three levels of gain – bottom is lowest (similar to the original), there is more bite in the upper position (the next generation) and in the middle it gets as high gain as these kind of pedals can produce – I think you’ll be surprised at how gnarly this thing can get.

There are three overdrive voicings in the nest switch, mostly concerned with EQ shaping and how the gain reacts with the EQ controls. Scooped is in the middle for those rock moments ☺

The key, as always, is to play with it, tweak it, and then enjoy what you find!
