Ordered the bag of bread, which contained generous pieces of pita with Jewelled Hummus. The hummus is indeed one of its kind, with so much crunch and flavour packed into a gorgeous looking dip, befitting of its “jewelled” name. Also got the Lamb Buryan, a slow-cooked lamb infused with aromatic spices that tenderly melts in your mouth, leaving a lasting impression.

The surprise of the meal is the Cold Milk Baklava, a trendy and unconventional take on usual iconic dessert. The rich medley of layers upon layers of pastry skin, chopped nuts, half soaked in cold milk to produce two distinctive texture. Quite a remarkable and genius idea!
