Sugar/Salt Mix (this mix is for 4 lbs. ground pork):
Brown Sugar – 1.75 cups
Salt – 1.5 tbsp.

Recipe for this episode (for 1 lb. ground pork):
Ground pork – 1 lb.
Sugar/Salt mix – ¼ portion of the above sugar/salt mix

Variation #1:
Add 6 cloves of garlic (add more for strong garlic flavor)

Variation #2:
White vinegar – 1 tbsp.

Variation #3:
Chili or Cayenne powder - ¼ tsp.
Black ground pepper - ½ tbsp.
