When we opened the clutch cover on this machine, we found signs of water inside, and we also found a worn and damaged outer seal on the clutch cover. So first, we’ll show you how to remove the drive belt on your RZR. Then we’ll remove the driven clutch so that we can clean it and we’ll also clean the drive clutch while it’s still bolted on the machine. Then we’ll replace the driven clutch and install a new belt, and we’ll finish off by replacing the outer clutch cover seal on the RZR.
