Welcome to my channel. Today we are going to make a super delicious pizza at home. I have made it using easily available ingredients. No hassle of setting the temperature or choosing the mode, all you have to do is press one button & you’re good to go!

All you need is -
For the tandoori paneer marination-
• 200g paneer, cut into cubes
• 1 tbsp oil
• 4 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
• 2 tsp coriander powder
• 2 tsp amchur powder
• 1/2 tsp black salt
• 1 tsp ginger powder
• 2 tsp dried parsley
• 2 tsp cumin powder
• Salt and Sugar, to taste
• 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp onion powder

Toppings-
• Pizza sauce
• Readymade Pizza Base
• Diced Yellow, red and green bell pepper, marinated paneer, fresh red and green jalapenos, diced onions,
• Grated mozzarella cheese
• Basil leaves
• Oregano and Chilli flakes

Method -
1. For the tandoori paneer, whisk together all the ingredients except paneer cubes.
2. Mix in the paneer and coat evenly with the marinade. Set aside for sometime.
3. Then, take a pizza base, smother pizza sauce, marinated paneer, veggies, seasonings and top with grated cheese.
4. Transfer the pizza along with parchment paper to the preheated baking tray and bake for 8-10 mins in a preheated Steami on pizza mode.
5. Remove, garnish with oregano, chilli flakes, basil leaves, slice and serve hot!
