Hi guys,
The video consists of glances from the making of Red wine at Home,
Grapes: White+Black grapes from single Vine,
Timing:
Day1
Destemming, cleaning, crushing, pressing, leave the mash in a container for 24 hours with natural yeast ( wild yeast/bloom)
Day2
By now the fermentation process has been started
Add Brewer's yeast (due to unavailability,i added baker's yeast) to the mash, close with lid,and leave
-(A plastic container of 10 litre capacity used, i did a hole in the lid & pass a pipe through,to a bottle filled with water )
-(the pipe will help to release CO2 into the bottle, without letting oxygen to insert)
Day3,4,5
Fermentation process
Day6
Straining, Bottling
After a week of Bottling, the fine sediments are settled on the bottom of the bottle, and is ready to consume
With proud, wine balanced the aroma, palate, body, acidity, dryness, mouth feel, bouquet!
