this video shows the hidden debug room in Shadowrun,which was a secret for around 20 years until it was found a while ago.
in this secret room,you can gain infinite karma,infinite money,invinsibility (with the dog food item) for Jake Armitage and there is even some sort of "level-select" so you can jump to specific spots in the game by walking through one of the doors.
there is also a bed available where you can save or use karma.

the secret debug room (and the way how you can enter it) in the PAL version is identical with the one in the US version.
you must examine the "Matchbox" item in your inventory 4 times while standing behind the street light(and while its flickering) and then enter the morgue and examine it one more time which will change the "examine" command in the menu to "open".
now you can enter the debug room anytime by selecting "open" with the Matchbox.

I was able to catch both (pseudo) "cut scenes" in Downtown.

the Debug Room is the ultimate cheat in this game.
