Mr Keyur Desai the Founder of Lab Services and Solutions Pvt Ltd, a comprehensive provider of designing, manufacturing and installing clean room solutions and laboratory equipment for over 27 years.
Speaking about his professional journey, Mr Keyur revealed that he started Lab Services in 1997 with an objective of providing very clean room environment through all the products that facilitate in the clean room applications. They began manufacturing Laminar Flow, a new concept in the industry. Looking forward to enhancing the indoor air quality that was required to be maintained in the pharmaceutical, electronics, semiconductors, tissue culture labs. He found it very interesting to enter this segment and cater to these industries.
He detailed further on the clean room services that it is very specialized and goes much ahead of its mere meaning. It is like creating an area for a clean and sterile environment. The products like tissue culture where cleanliness is of utmost importance where the area has to be extremely clean otherwise the product gets damaged. This is where Lab Services comes into picture through these specialized services. Elaborating in detail Keyur explained that the clean room services involve a scientific method which ISO certified process as per international standards. In this function, they process and reprocess the air that is circulated multiple times through multiple filters of 10 microns, 5 microns, 0.3 microns and recirculate the air for numerous times as needed which could be 20 times, 100 times, 150 times also.
