Who saw that one coming…👀 so it is so important that we learn how to cook and eat healthy on a budget! My grandmother always said to me while I was growing up the phrase “stretch the dollar!” She also said “spend your money on good food or give it to the doctor” Meaning get the most out of your hard earned money and eat nourishing food on a regular basis so that you can take care of yourself.
