Ingredients
8 cups Flour
3 Tablespoon of baking powder
Half teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
Half teaspoon of cream of tartar
500g softened butter
4 eggs
2 tablespoon of vanilla essence
2 cups of sugar

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 150 degrees
Mix your softened butter and 2 cups of sugar in a separate bowl until you have a creamy consistency.
in a separate bowl, mix your 4 eggs and your two tablespoons of vanilla essence.
pour your egg and vanilla essence mixture into the butter mixture and mix it together until you have a creamy consistency.
in another separate bowl, pour 8 cups of flour.
add half a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda and half a teaspoon of cream of tarter in your flour mixture
add 3 tablespoons of baking power in your flour mixture
mix your flour thoroughly to ensure that all the dry ingredients are properly mixed
Create a hole in the middle of your flour
Pour your butter mixture into the middle of the flour
Mix throughly until you get the perfect consistency.
Grease your pan with oil or butter
Form little balls with your dough and use a fork to press down/shape
Bake at 150-160 degrees for 25-30 minutes
