Code 3 XL Select Alert Lightbar Restored

This is a 1981-dated Code 3 XL lightbar with Select Alert functionality. Select Alert is an option that Code 3 came out with in the late 70's or early 80's that allows for different bulb clusters in their sealed beam lightbars to have different functions. This specific lightbar has cruise, rear amber only, and full lightbar functionality. In addition to that, it also has a steady front red PAR 46 light, a front blue Stinger oscillating light, and alley lights. Select Alert wasn't a popular option, so it is very rare to find one in working condition in this day and age. I replaced the drive belts for both sides, cleaned the bulb and motor contacts, cleaned and degreased the entire interior, replaced a few bulbs, and polished the domes. The bar is finished on the inside, but the blue dome is in fair shape and the red dome in in poor shape, so I will need replacements for both. NFS/JFS
