This 1978 Ford F-250 Ranger XLT Lariat is a single-cab long-bed pickup. The truck was refurbished under previous ownership and is finished in red and white over black cloth. A 460ci V8 has been installed and is paired with a three-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Additional equipment includes 16″ polished wheels, cruise control, power steering, power windows and locks, chrome trim, a sliding rear window, fog lights, and an aftermarket radio. Original manufacturer's literature is included with the truck.

The truck was reportedly refinished in red and white under previous ownership. Exterior features include red "Ford" lettering on the tailgate, amber clearance lights, a spray-in bedliner, a receiver hitch, chrome handles mounted behind the doors, a chrome front bumper with guards, and added fog and auxiliary lights. A quick-disconnect jumper cable plug has been installed in the rear bumper and a seven-pole connector has been added to the pickup bed.

Polished 16″ Eagle Alloys wheels are mounted with 305/70 Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT tires. Stopping power is provided by front disc brakes and rear drums. The cab features black cloth upholstery along with matching door panels and carpets. Equipment includes power windows and locks, woodgrain dash inserts, cruise control, air conditioning, and a Craig AM/FM cassette stereo.

A two-spoke steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges. Under-dash accessories include a trailer brake control module and a panel with switches for the added exterior lights, power, and auxiliary functions. The five-digit odometer shows 41k miles.

The 460ci V8 is said to have been installed under previous ownership and sends power to the rear or all four wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and Dana 60 front and rear axles.
