Today, the world wants to see Somalia’s security in the hands of the Somalis...and AMISOM soldiers are required to oversee a smooth hand over to the Somali military and police in the next three years… but behind the scenes of these new plans, concerns are mounting over the preparedness of the fragile nation which is tackling a mutating Al Shabaab with renewed warfare tactics.
