Just whipped up this amazing Walnut Dates Chocolate cake🍰! It has no sugar, no butter, and no refined flour - making it super healthy! 🌿 Instead, I used dates, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda to give it a delicious flavor and texture. I even added a hint of coffee flavor, but you can easily swap it out for vanilla essence if that’s more your style. 😋 This guilt-free treat is perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without all the added junk.

Ingredients :
150 gm Seedless Dates
1.5 cup Milk
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp Instant Coffee (diluted with water)
1 cup Wheat Flour
2 tbs Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
Roasted Walnuts
Choco Chip

Method :
Soak 150 gm Seedless Dates in 1.5 cup warm Milk
Churn this mixture to make dates puree
Transfer it in a mixing bowl, add 1/4 cup oil
Add 1 tsp Instant Coffee (diluted with water)
Whisk well to mix all the wet ingredients
Further take a strainer, add 1 cup Wheat Flour
Add 2 tbs Cocoa Powder
Add 1/2 tsp Baking Powder & 1 tsp Baking Soda
Strain and add it in the bowl
Mix everything well with a whisker
Take a baking loaf, lined with a parchment paper
Pour the mixture in it until 3/4 of the loaf
Add roasted Walnuts & Choco Chip on the top
Keep the loaf in the Oven
Pre-heat at 180 degree for 10 min and bake for 40 min (To bake it on stove, place a stand in the big vessel, pre heat for 10-15 min and place baking loaf, cover with a lid and bake for 60 min on low to medium heat)
Rest the cake for 1 hour to set
De-mould the cake on a plate
