It was a wonderful day, I was about to leave for the farm, I asked Pooja to give me some tea. She asked me to bring me some banana flower / banana blossom from the backyard. I went to our backyard to get some banana flowers.
Meanwhile Pooja started preparing for the Bhaaji recipe. She cooked the red cow peas first. Once I gave the banana flowers she cleaned and separated the banana flowers and prepared Banana flower Bhaaji with dried shrimps. We both had breakfast with it.
Later in the evening she decided to prepare banana bhajji/fritters. She used the cleaned flowers and prepared the fritters using Besan, corn flower and some spices.
Next day I was again working in our farm and in the evening Pooja prepared Chutney from Banana flower peels and Dal Vada from Banana flowers and brought those to the farm for us. Both the Wada and chutney tasted delicious. We all enjoyed those.
