Ciao Bella Pizza Ovens! Avoid at all cost!

I purchased this Fiamo from Ovendesign distributed by Ciao Bella Pizza Ovens in July, I paid about $2200CAD including accessories.

This oven is of such poor build quality and Ciao Bella isn’t doing anything to fix this problem. This video explains everything about the problems. Ciao Bella offered to send some accessories but I haven’t received them. They will not take the oven back. They will not refund me. They will not replace it. Stay away from Ciao Bella at all costs. Yes. The oven cooks pretty decent pizza. But I’d rather have kept my $2200 and use my portable oven for build quality like this. This is disgusting. For something only one month old I would have expected WAY better. Again, I have no problems with China, there are lots of great products from there, but this was made there, Oven Design is based there. And this is what you get. If this oven cost $1200 I’d still be pissed but at least I feel like it is what it is. You get what you pay for.

This is my rant. There are no videos on this oven, there are no reviews on this oven. I needed to make it known. This is not just some made up story to try to get a rise out of someone. I would NOT have bought this if one other person posted a review like this.
