The journey in Light Land continues…

For 3 shows in 3 days and 2 time zones, this was a busy & great weekend in #LightLand. Hanging with my cousin Erin Shirley Orey + her staying with me at the console seeing me in my element, and introducing me to Jackson State's new President Marcus L. Thompson speaking about how I may be able to come inspire & speak to the #JSU students about careers in live music. ✈️ Flying up to Brooklyn, meeting Beyoncé and Jay-Z, after lighting up Jay-Z's Mother (Dr. Carter)’s 75th birthday bash with The Isley Brothers as the surprise performance. Finally, ✈️ rounding it out with a show in Houston - this weekend was filled with a whirlwind of blessings! Grateful for every moment.
