यह नरम और शराबी रोटी आमलेट सबसे अच्छा नाश्ता या ब्रंच नुस्खा है! इस भारतीय स्ट्रीट स्टाइल ब्रेड ऑमलेट को कोड़ा मारना इतना जल्दी और सरल है कि यह निश्चित रूप से आपका पसंदीदा बन जाएगा। इसे टमाटर केचप और एक गर्म कप चाय या कॉफी के साथ परोसें।

Making Process Omelette with Bread at home like Restaurant Style --
Ingredients:
4 large-sized eggs
2 slices of bread, sides of the bread removed
3 tsp onion paste
2 tsp garlic paste
½ tsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp red chilli powder
2-3 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Cooking Directions:
In a bowl, add ¼ tsp all-purpose flour, ½ tsp chilli powder, salt, 1.5 tsp onion paste, 1 tsp garlic paste and 2 eggs. Whisk for 2-3 minutes or until everything has mixed thoroughly.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium flame. Pour oil and once it heats up lower the flame to low. Pour the egg mixture. Place a slice of bread in the middle of the pan. Dip it and flip immediately. Place it in the middle again and allow it to cook for a few minutes.
Bread Omelette
Once the omelette starts to firm up, fold the sides and continue to cook for a few more minutes or until it becomes golden brown.
Flip and cook the other side for 3-4 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove it to a plate and cook the other bread omelette in the same manner.
Bread Omelette
Serve bread omelette with tomato ketchup and a hot cup of coffee. Here I have served it with black coffee. You can also serve it with milk coffee, tea or warm milk.
