Microplastics Workshop

Описание к видео Microplastics Workshop

Microplastics (MPs) are small pieces of plastic that either come from manmade products such as cosmetics or paint, or more likely as a result breakdown of larger plastics products. They are now known to be almost ubiquitous in our world today.

This workshop discusses MPs in more detail, and provides insight into some of the best practices for laboratories that hope to explore MP contamination. As MPs are everywhere, special attention must be paid to preventing contamination of samples - and significant discussion will be focused on simple, but incredibly important practices to avoid such problems.
