hitsound:
go to this directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom\tf2hitsounds\sound\ui
and put this file on it:

Make sure that it's named "hitsound.wav". Then you'll have to select the default hitsound in the advanced options. To have the exact same hitsound (and killsound) as me, you will have to enter these commands as well:
