How to Make QUICK and EASY Mexican SOPA DE FIDEO

sopa de fideo is super nostalgic for me— it brings back all of my childhood memories. i remember being able to inhale 4 bowls in one sitting LOL it was fav! i mean it’s still a fav! it’s the best on a gloomy day or when you’re under the weather— nothing beats a good hot sopita de fideo! :) if you try out this recipe let me know your thoughts in the comment section below :) hope you enjoy!


r e c i p e

2 tomatoes
1/4 onion
1 clove garlic
1 heaping tsp tomato bouillon
1 heaping tsp chicken bouillon
2 tbps oil
8 oz fideo (or any other short pasta)
6 - 8 cups of water
a few dashes dried marjoram
salt to taste
