How To Connect A Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 To A TV Or Monitor For Screen Mirroring USB-C To HDMI Cable

In this video I show a very simple solution for connecting your Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 to a TV or computer monitor. This is to use a USB C to HDMI video cable, which connects the Flip 5's USB C port to a HDMI input on a TV or monitor and sends a video output to the TV or monitor.

This type of connection is screen mirroring. Where what you see on your Flip 5 screen is exactly what you see on your TV to monitor. This is what is meant by a screen mirror or mirroring.

Unfortunately, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 does not have the DeX Mode that's found on the S series Samsung smartphones such as the S23 Ultra. While mirroring isn't as impressive as DeX Mode, being able to mirror is still a nice function to have with the Flip 5.
