LG Oven Door CHARRED | Customer Service doesn't actually CARE

The continuing saga of the oven. I decided to attempt to replace the shattered glass myself after watching YouTube University. I will count the glass shattering as a blessing in disguise since the interior of the door and some of the insulation were CHARRED. YIKES!! Thus far, no resolution from LG and BestBuy has nothing more since it's out of warranty and out of service contract (3 years old is QUITE old, right????)
