In this video I reflect on what it feels like to truly heal from limerence. While this is my experience with limerence, I acknowledge that this isn’t everyone’s. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that to get to the point where I am in this video I went through the perils of existential dread and pure delusion. This is not to romanticize limerence, but rather to give hope that they too can get to the other side.

I don’t believe limerence has to leave you feeling empty or more alone. Instead, it can become a catalyst for a more meaningful life—especially after moving through the grief. My approach to healing limerence focuses on internal integration and cultivating self-awareness.
You deserve more than obsession, you deserve real love and a deeper connection with yourself and life.
