This project is beyond a project built for sale, it's a piece of art. The reason is because of the very unconventional tower arrangements with organic typologies that consists of low rise, mid rise, and high rise. Within the high-rise, there are also variations of layouts. Between phase 1 and phase 2 will be a 4 acres landscape area filled with facilities. Once again, the dialog between both phase is almost like partners dancing next to the lake.

For the floor plate, it's a very functional one based on the target audience they have in mind. That's why they have a room with flexible layout, a toilet design that can accommodate more than one person at once, a U shaped kitchen with a proper yard space... Meaningful details for ownstay buyers. However, we still have the stigma of the property market within this location of Cyberjaya. Although the location is packed with infrastructure and amenities, the property market suffered. But if we deep dive into the data, the landed homes and larger units apartments are moving better than the small investment units.

Well from an architectural point of view, this is definitely a favourite of mine. But location wise then it depends on your work mode and location.
